Blazer Jobs is seeking a motivated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to provide leave coverage for a supportive school district in Crestline, California. About the Role
The SLPA will assist a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in providing direct and consultative services to students, supporting individualized education plans (IEPs), and fostering communication growth in both group and individual settings. Youll be joining a passionate team dedicated to helping every student reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students under SLP supervision.

Support documentation, progress monitoring, and communication strategies.

Collaborate with educators, families, and staff to ensure student success.

Contribute to IEP development and participate in team meetings.

Maintain a positive, professional, and student-centered approach.
Qualifications

Active California SLPA license (or eligibility prior to start).

Associate degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting or related field.

Prior school-based or pediatric experience preferred.
